Small Group Mat Class

Single Group Class $12 • 10 Class Package $100

MIXED LEVEL SMALL GROUP MAT CLASS builds upon the foundation of the Classical Pilates mat work. While this class emphasizes the technique and precision of the Mat work, modifications and variations are provided to challenge each student at their personal level within the group setting. This group mat class is recommended for strong beginner to advanced level clients. Props, such as light weight and magic circles may be used.

Small Group Equipment Classes

Single Group Equipment Class $25 • 10 Class Package $225

POWER TOWER CLASS is a 55 minute intermediate to advanced level Tower class combines mat work with spring resistant exercises on the Tower (wall unit). By utilizing the Tower, you will stretch your muscles while strengthening and toning your arms, legs, back, glutes and abs. Power Tower is a total body workout challenging your strength, stability and balance.

Monday @ 5pm
Wednesday @ 10am
Thursday @ 4:30pm and 5:30pm
Saturday @ 9am

WUNDA-FUL TOWER CLASS is a dynamic 55 minute small group equipment class utilizing the Wunda Chair and Tower unit. Class may also incorporate the Reformer, mat, barrels and other small apparatus. This class will flow from one exercise to the next, helping to build muscle endurance and overall strength, while increasing your muscle coordination and control. Each class will be unique and the intense exercises performed will CHALLENGE you abs, glutes, arms, legs, shoulders and everything in between! You will walk out of this class and into the world knowing your SUPERPOWERS!
